We have great plans for the future and are always looking for ways to improve Arcane Wilds. We are a small but experienced team and our planning is dynamic, therefore the Roadmap will change over time, but here is a sneak peek of what we are currently focusing on.

- Refine the three base factions in terms of uniqueness and feel
- Finalize spellcaster abilities
- Add higher AI difficulties
- Add stealth mechanic
- Continually add more customizable co-op factions
- Add more biomes and missions
- Overhaul the current low-poly 3D models to a high-poly, detailed art style
- Upgrade the UI
- Improve sound effects and extend soundtrack
- Add matchmaking and ranked play

- Add natural essence consumers (unique in each biome) which grant some benefits
- Add subfactions derived from coop factions to competitive mode
- Experiment with triangulation based over grid based pathfinding
